      Are sessions virtual or in-person?

       Both! You can train or get coached in person or from anywhere virtually.

      Do I have to commit forever?

      No. You can try a one-time session or one month. Most clients choose monthly because the results (and savings) speak for themselves.

      How are these packages different from a gym membership?
